The invention of the hybrid photoelectric converter relates to the field of conversion the light energy into the electrical energy. To increase the conversion efficiency by harvesting the heat, the photovoltaic converter based on the photovoltaic effect in semiconductors, is accomplished by the thermoelectric converter using the thermovoltaic effect, as the final stage.
