Provided are a base station, a terminal, and a resource allocation method and system, relating to the field of wireless communications. The base station comprises: a request reception module, a resource determination module, a first resource allocation module, a first resource sending module and a second resource sending module. After receiving a request to establish an end to end (D2D) communication with a second terminal which is sent by a first terminal, by way of determining resources which may be multiplexed by the first terminal and the second terminal and allocating target resources from multiplex resources, the present invention solves the problem in the prior art that the situation of no idle D2D resources for allocation may arise when there are many terminals requesting to establish a D2D communication within a coverage area of the base station, and achieves the purpose of improving the resource utilization rate and system capacity. |
