Disclosed are a message broadcasting method, a base station, and a user equipment. The message broadcasting method comprises: a base station determining at least one piece of system subgroup information of system information under a first cell, each piece of system subgroup information comprising system information content of an application in a user equipment group corresponding to the system subgroup information; and broadcasting, to the user equipment group, the system subgroup information corresponding to the user equipment group. By means of the mode, system information generated due to a demand of a new technology can be effectively reduced, and a user equipment can be prevented from triggering an unnecessary behavior when the user equipment receives information irrelevant to the user equipment. |
