<p>An electronic component mounting machine is provided with: a mounting head which picks up and holds at least one electronic component; a vacuum pump which supplies negative pressure, for picking up an electronic component, to the mounting head; a board conveyance device which conveys a circuit board to a predetermined position; a head movement device which moves the mounting head, which has picked up and held the electronic component, with respect to the circuit board that has been conveyed to the predetermined position; and a control device which controls at least the head movement device and the vacuum pump. The control device operates so that, when the board conveyance device has not completed conveyance of the circuit board whereas the mounting head has completed pickup of the electronic component, movement of the mounting head by the head movement device is interrupted, and power-saving operation of the vacuum pump is executed.</p> |
