The present invention provides a braking device which comprises: a lower housing wherein a brake disk is positioned on a front upper surface; an upper housing arranged to be spaced from an upper side of the lower housing at a predetermined distance for the brake disk to be positioned on a front lower surface thereof; a push unit provided in the rear of the lower housing to pressurize a rear lower surface of the upper housing; an elastic unit positioned between the front and the rear of the lower housing, wherein an end is connected to the lower housing, and the other end is connected to the upper housing; and a hydraulic nozzle connected to the rear of the lower housing to release virtual pressure of the push unit.
