The present invention relates to a wearing device which a medical technician wears for smoothly performing first aid such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in a moving ambulance and, more specifically, to a belt for an ambulance for stably supporting a medical technician inside an ambulance. Provided is the belt for an ambulance for performing first aid, comprising: at least one safety belt arranged inside an ambulance; and a medical technician wearing part which a medical technician wears, fixed to the medical technician, and having at least one fastener exposed in at least one direction and fastened with the safety belt.
