Disclosed are: a degradable seal member for a downhole tool, the degradable seal member being an annular seal member that is expandable in diameter, the expandable annular seal member including two or more annular members that are partitioned along the axial direction, each annular member being formed from a degradable polymer material having a hardness ranging from A60 to D80; a plug for well drilling; and a well drilling method using said degradable seal member for downhole tools.
