PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply device which suppresses an eddy current generated in an electrode for foreign substance detection between coils.SOLUTION: The non-contact power supply device for supplying power without contact between a power transmitting coil and a power receiving coil via at least magnetic coupling includes: a plurality of electrodes which are provided between the power transmitting coil and the power receiving coil and disposed while being spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval along a parallel surface in parallel with a coil surface of the power transmitting coil; and foreign substance detection means for detecting electrostatic capacitance between the plurality of electrodes and detecting a foreign substance being present between the power transmitting coil and the power receiving coil on the basis of the detected electrostatic capacitance. Among the plurality of electrodes, a first electrode includes a plurality of plate-like first conductors which are disposed along the parallel surface while being spaced apart from each other at a predetermined first interval, and a first coupling part for coupling one-side ends of the plurality of first conductors. Among the plurality of electrodes, a second electrode includes a plurality of plate-like second conductors disposed along the parallel surface while being spaced apart from each other at a predetermined second interval and a second coupling part coupling one-side ends of the plurality of second conductors. |
