PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast reception card connector in which coming-out prevention is automatically released at the time of card insertion and the coming-out prevention is automatically activated after the card insertion.SOLUTION: A digital broadcast reception card connector includes: an accommodation section; and a coming-out prevention mechanism. The accommodation section is inserted with a digital broadcast reception card having leading end corner portions obliquely cut out and both sides extending in parallel to each other and in straight across a leading end and a rear end so as to allow the digital broadcast reception card to be inserted thereinto and pulled off therefrom. The coming-out prevention mechanism comprises: a coming-out prevention member displaceable between a first position partially entering a card insertion region and a second position avoiding the card insertion region; a biasing member constantly biasing the coming-out prevention member toward the first position; and a receiving section receiving pressing force from the leading end corner portions of the card at the time of card insertion and displacing the coming-out prevention member toward the second position against biasing force of the biasing member. After the card insertion, the coming-out prevention member is displaced to the first position by the biasing force of the biasing member. Accordingly, the card is prevented from coming out from the accommodation section.
