PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which has a light-emitting element and is easily miniaturized.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device comprises: a supporting resin provided with a recess at an upper part thereof; the light-emitting element which has a laminated structure including a first semiconductor layer as the lowermost layer and a second semiconductor layer as the uppermost layer and is embedded in the recess so that a side surface of the light-emitting element faces an inner wall surface of the recess, and the first semiconductor layer faces a bottom surface of the recess; and a translucent resin arranged above the second semiconductor layer of the light-emitting element. |
