<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a discharge break of an adhesive with simple constitution.SOLUTION: A microphone 7 picks up a sound generated from the discharge port atop a discharge nozzle in a coating operation for sealer, and abnormality determination means 10 determines whether the sound pressure level of the sound data picked up by the microphone 7 has a peak exceeding reference sound pressure held in a memory 9. When a peak exceeding the reference sound pressure is generated, it is determined that a break of discharging of a sealer is made and a sound of air discharged the moment the sealer in a container of a sealer gun runs out is generated, the break of discharging of the sealer is thus detected, and alarm means 11 is placed in operation.</p> |
