A laminated film provided with: a substrate film comprising an alicyclic olefinic resin; and a protective film comprising an alicyclic olefin resin, said protective film being provided directly on one surface of the substrate film. An activation process is performed on the surface of the substrate film contacting the protective film and on the surface of the protective film contacting the substrate film.
