Provided are various shapes of CaF2 members which can be produced by a simple process. Each of the calcium fluoride members comprises a first member which is a single crystal of calcium fluoride and a second member which is a single crystal or polycrystal of calcium fluoride. Each of the calcium fluoride members can be produced by pressure-bonding the first member to the second member.
