The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent device comprising an anode, a cathode, and one or more organic layers disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein at least one of the one or more organic layers comprises a blue phosphorescent layer comprising a first host and a second host and the second host has a HOMO-LUMO energy gap equal to or larger than that of the first host and a LUMO energy level higher than that of the first host.
