<p>A recording apparatus has a carriage, a carriage rail, a guide rail, an adjusting member and a support base. A first adjusting mechanism displaces the guide rail in a direction crossing the main-scanning direction relatively to the adjusting member and adjusts the position of the guide rail. A second adjusting mechanism displaces the adjusting member in a direction crossing the main-scanning direction relatively to the support base and adjusts the positions of the guide rail and the adjusting member. The first adjusting mechanism has a plurality of guide rail adjusted portions for displacing the guide rail with respect to the adjusting member and the second adjusting mechanism has a plurality of adjusting member adjusted portions for displacing the adjusting member with respect to the support base.</p> |
