Disclosed are a method and a system for providing a tour and product information using user information. The method for providing a tour and product information includes: a step of providing a plurality of first potential tour areas based on user demographic information and tour plan information received from a user terminal; a step of providing second potential tour areas corresponding to tour search conditions received from the user terminal among the first potential tour areas; a step of providing tour information and traffic information related to each of the second tour potential areas and receiving the final tour area which a user selected among the second potential tour areas; and a step of generating a tour schedule based on the tour plan information of the user by considering the final tour area.
