The present invention relates to a lock-up clutch capable of cooling, which comprises: a facing having an outer circumferential portion which comes in contact with a cover of a torque converter during slip lock-up and an inner circumferential portion which comes in contact with a cover during complete lock-up; and a cooling flow path formed on the outer circumferential portion to prevent overheating of the facing during slip lock-up. Provided is the lock-up clutch capable of cooling to prevent overheating of the facing by lowering a temperature of a contact portion between the cover and the outer circumferential portion as oil inside the torque converter flows through the cooling flow path formed on the outer circumferential portion of the facing during slip lock-up. |
