<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a disk array device capable of improving user usability while maintaining reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The disk array device includes: a plurality of devices for storing writing object data received from a server device; a first power source for supplying power to the plurality of devices; a second power source which is redundantly configured with the first power source to supply power to the plurality of devices; and a power source control part which simultaneously starts the plurality of devices when the first power source and the second power source normally operate, and stops the simultaneous starting of the plurality of devices and sequentially starts the plurality of devices when either the first power source or the second power source does not normally operate while the plurality of devices are simultaneously started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
