摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a thin bipolar membrane whose thickness is not more than 50 μm with use of a polymer support, which manufactures bipolar membranes by using thin porous films or non-woven fabric as a substrate whose thickness is not more than 50 μm, compared with an existing manufacturing method of bipolar membranes, thereby enabling the bipolar membrane to have good mechanical property while implementing a property of splitting water wherein the bipolar membrane is manufactured by the following steps of manufacturing a monopolar membrane by filling an ion exchange polymer in a thin polymer; and coating one surface of the monopolar membrane with an opposite polar ion exchange polymer solution. In the present invention, provided is a method for introducing a water splitting catalyst to improve the bipolar membrane property of splitting water. The bipolar membrane using the polymer support is produced in a continuous roll-to-roll and is produced at an affordable price while having a good property of splitting water, thereby being used in a partition for water splitting for electrodialysis to produce acid/base.
