The present invention relates to a catalyst for deoxidizing oxygen using transition metal alloy and, more specifically, a catalyst for deoxidizing oxygen which is manufactured by using three-layered alloy like Ir, Ni and transition metal instead of high-priced platinum wherein the catalyst for deoxidizing oxygen using transition metal alloy does not use high-priced platinum but has outstanding price competitiveness, because the catalyst of the present invention is more stable in current and acid compared with palladium catalysts, and has long life span, thereby being efficiently used.
