<p>The present invention relates to a method for crushing and classifying wheat bran, which uses an apparatus performing a current crusher and an air classification tool at the same time, and includes the steps of crushing wheat bran into ultra-fine wheat bran; and separating pericarp and an aleurone layer from the wheat bran through air classification, thereby studying dietary fibers, yield, diameter of particles, and physicochemical properties of wheat bean, to notify potential use as a food ingredient. The method of the present invention includes a crushing step of injecting wheat bran into the apparatus with the crushing and classification function, and pressurizing the same while crushing the same with a mill whose speed is between 3,800 and 5,800 RPM.</p> |
