<p>The present invention provides a self-adhesive type waterproof sheet with improved mothproof property, surface property, sunlight reflection property, environment-friendly property, durability, and installation property, and a manufacturing method thereof. The self-adhesive type waterproof sheet comprises: a waterproof layer (10) formed by mixing 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyolefin, 50 to 70 parts by weight of urethane, 20 to 40 parts by weight of filler, 5 to 10 parts by weight of a sunlight reflective agent, 5 to 7 parts by weight of a mothproof agent, 3 to 5 parts by weight of a combination supporting agent, and 2 to 4 parts by weight of an antioxidant; a reinforcing layer (20) integrally formed with the waterproof layer (10) by mixing 60 to 70 wt% of polyamide, 15 to 25 wt% of a flame retardant, and 10 to 20 wt% of an antibacterial agent; an adhesive layer (30) integrally formed with the reinforcing layer (20), and formed with a pressure sensitive adhesive having high adhesiveness which has a mixed material obtained by mixing one or more from atactic polypropylene, styrene-butadiene, styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene, thermoplastic polyolefin, amorphous polyalphaolefin, and polyethylene, as basic materials; and a release paper (40) which is for protecting the adhesive layer (30) to be attached thereto or detached therefrom.</p> |
