The present invention relates to a system for opening and closing a door of an evacuation equipment room interlocked with vertical evacuation equipment in an apartment building, and a controller for the system. According to one aspect of the present invention, disclosed is a system for opening and closing an evacuation equipment room door in each apartment of an apartment building where vertical evacuation equipment is installed, the system which includes: the evacuation equipment room door that can connect/separate an evacuation equipment room to/from a residential space on an evacuation floor and includes an electrical switching means tripped to be opened or closed by an electrical control signal; an opening switch that operates to open the electrical switching means of the evacuation equipment room; and a controller that executes the function of providing detection information to at least one among the residential space or the evacuation equipment room on the basis of respective detection results by execution of a first function of detecting a fire signal on an upper floor via a fire alarm relay, a second function of detecting an open signal of vertical evacuation equipment on the upper floor via a vertical evacuation equipment open detector, and a third function of detecting an exit signal on an evacuation floor via a home server.
