When progress of performance by the periphery control unit stationary processing is started, a 1ms interrupt timer is started again to start execution of the progress of performance by the periphery control unit 1ms timer interrupt processing. That is, consistency of a progress state of performance by the periphery control unit stationary processing and a progress state of performance by the periphery control unit 1ms timer interrupt processing is maintained.
