<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined body which includes an aluminum-based metal member and a polyphenylene sulfide resin and has the interface excellent in adhesion properties and adhesiveness and to provide a method for producing the combined body. <P>SOLUTION: The combined body includes the aluminum-based metal member having a boehmite layer on the surface thereof and the polyphenylene sulfide resin. The method for producing the combined body is an insert molding method comprising the steps of: inserting the aluminum-based metal member having the boehmite layer on the surface thereof into a metallic mold of an injection molding machine; and injecting the polyphenylene sulfide resin of a molten state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
