The present invention relates to a system for alarming whether of proximity of an electronic ankle bracelet wearer using Bluetooth comprising: an electronic ankle bracelet mounted on an ankle of a criminal; a Bluetooth module mounted on the electronic ankle bracelet; a smart device to perform Bluetooth wireless communications with the Bluetooth module, and to deliver a warning message when close to the electronic ankle bracelet mounted on the ankle of the criminal through an application; and the application installed in the smart device to allow the smart device to generate the warning message when a range of intensity of a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) of the Bluetooth module is beyond a predetermined range, and a data packet for a criminal is transmitted from the Bluetooth module. According to the present invention, the system for alarming whether of proximity of an electronic ankle bracelet wearer using Bluetooth has an effect of transferring a warning message to a smart device holder by recognizing access to a criminal wearing an electronic ankle bracelet through Bluetooth communications between the electronic ankle bracelet and the smart device when the criminal wearing the electronic ankle bracelet comes close within a certain radius around the smart device wherein an application is installed.
