摘要 一种应用于交错并联式开关电源的控制电路,其透过得到一反馈补偿信号;当表徵第一路电压变换电路中电感电流大小的第一电压信号小于该补偿信号时,第一功率电晶体开通;进而在本开关周期中第一开通信号上升沿到来后、经过开关周期的一半后,生成第二开通信号,进而控制第二功率电晶体开通,使得两个功率电晶体的开通时间间隔为半个开关周期,即实现了两个功率电晶体交错导通。控制过程不受开关电源工作频率的影响,提高了开关电源的动态特性、稳定性和效率。; when a first voltage signal characterizing inductive current size of a first voltage conversion circuit is less than the compensation signal, first switching-on signals at high level are generated and a first switching tube is switched on; the switching period of a first power transistor is determined according to the time when rising edges of two adjacent first opening signals arrive; then second switching-on signals are generated after a half of switching period after the rising edges of the first opening signals in the switching period arrive; then a second power transistor is switched on under the control of the second opening signals, so that the switching time interval of two power transistor is a half of switching period and the interlaced switching of two power transistor is realized. Meanwhile, the control process of the control circuit disclosed by the invention is not affected by the working frequency of the switching power supply, so that the dynamic characteristics, stability and efficiency of the switching power supply are improved.
