The dishwasher has wall parts (2, 6, 7, 9) for limiting a washing chamber (10), which is provided with prefabricated bitumen mats (11a-11f) for sound deadening and/or sound damping of the wall parts. The bitumen mats are affixed on the wall parts by a thermal insulated adhesive layer. The thermal insulated adhesive layer comprises reduced heat conductivity than the bitumen mats and consists of hot melt adhesive. The adhesive layer comprises micropores, and the mats are adhered on a three-dimensional structured surface of the wall parts. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a dishwasher. |
