A rack assembly (100) and a dishwasher (1) having the same, the rack assembly (100) includes a basket (110) in which a plurality of holes are formed; and a loading plate (150) that is disposed to be separable from the basket (110) and to be deformable so that loading plate (150) and the materials to be washed placed thereon are removable from the basket (110). Through this configuration, loading and unloading of the materials to be washed can be easily performed.
