<p>The present invention relates to a device for neutralizing leaked gas having a structure for circulating a neutralizing liquid, which forms a blocking film in a process of circulating the neutralizing liquid while neutralizing leaked gas, so that gas which leaks through an acid solution storing tank is prevented from being diffused, the device comprising a storage tank which stores an acid solution inside; and a header which is installed on the upper surface of the storage tank to form a blocking film by spraying the neutralizing liquid to the outside of the storage tank.</p> |
