<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accurately calculating a proportion of glycosylated hemoglobin. <P>SOLUTION: A glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer comprises a mechanism for detecting an electrochemical active material which increases or decreases in response to the oxidation reaction between an immobilized material of immobilized fructosyl amino acid oxidase acting on fructosyl L-valine or an immobilized material of immobilized fructosyl peptide oxidase acting on fructosyl valyl histidine and fructosyl amino acid or fructosyl peptide, a mechanism for detecting total hemoglobin, a mechanism for processing an analyte containing glycosylated hemoglobin with a protease, and a calculation mechanism for obtaining HbAlc excluding blanks on the basis of detection results of fructosyl L-valine or fructosyl valyl histidine and total hemoglobin before and after the processing of the analyte with protease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
