<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for light source devices capable of disposing multiple mirrors with their inclinations accurately matched with each other, a light source device manufactured by the manufacturing method, and a projector including the light source device. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for light source devices includes: a preparation step for preparing a jig having a mount surface on which the multiple mirrors are mounted at a predetermined angle, and an adsorption means that adsorbs and fixes the multiple mirrors; an adsorption step for mounting the multiple mirrors on predetermined positions of the jig and adsorbingly fixing them; an adhesion step for bonding and fixing the respective mirrors at adjoining mirror edge parts and mirror back surfaces, with the multiple mirrors adsorbed thereto and forming an adhesion sections; a mounting step for mounting an integrated mirror group on a tabular mirror board; a fixing step for filling a gap between the mirror group and the tabular mirror board with filler and integrating them; and a mirror attaching step for attaching the mirror board to a reflection mirror group retaining body of a light source retaining body for retaining a light source group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
