<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure correct operations even when a photographer is in other than an ordinary state. <P>SOLUTION: This personal device includes an operation unit to be operated by a user, and an inhibition unit 44 for inhibiting a part of executions of the operation received by the operation unit. When a change of user's biological information is detected by biological sensors 8 and 16 and it is determined that the user is in other than the ordinary state even if a user's instruction for image deletion, image editing, or the like is received, the instruction is not accepted by determining it as an operation mistake.
