<p>The present invention provides an apparatus (100) to separate an iron plate comprising: a supporting stand (30) formed in a form of an elbow on an upper part of a fixing stand (20) vertically standing to separate the iron plates (10), where an iron plate and an iron plate are attached to each other due to oil or a magnetic field from each other one by one; a cylinder (40) mounted on a through hole (32) bored in a vertical plate (31) of the supporting stand (30), having a piston (41) horizontally moving; an iron plate separation blade (60) inserted and fixated to a fixing clip (50) mounted on an end of the cylinder (40); an iron plate separation blade horizontal supporting stand (70) perpendicularly fixated by a fastening device (80) on the end of the supporting stand (30) to insert the iron plate separation blade (60) into an inserting device (71) to be moved in a horizontal; a cylinder (40′) fixated by a fastening device (81) to the upper part of the iron plate separation blade horizontal supporting stand (70), having a piston (41′) vertically moving; and a stopper (90) mounted on the end of the cylinder (40′) to fixate the upper part of the iron plate (10) in order to separate the iron plates (10) from each other one by one. The present invention has the effects of preventing damage to a mold and improve operational efficiency as the iron plates are simply separated by inserting an iron plate separation blade into a gap where an iron plate and an iron plate are attached due to oil or the like in order to separate and supply the iron plates to be supplied to a mold from each other one by one by forming an iron plate separation apparatus on one side of a plurality of iron plates stacked in a trail or a deck.</p> |
