<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a cell culture substrate easily controllable of cell stimulative exfoliation properties. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a production method for a cell culture substrate, which cell culture substrate comprises a substrate 1, a density adjusting layer 2 formed on the substrate and a stimulation responding layer 3 formed on the density adjusting layer, which density adjusting layer is provided by bonding on one surface of the substrate a substrate bonding functional group of an anchor compound having the substrate bonding functional group and a reactive functional group, and which production method for a cell culture substrate comprises a density adjusting layer forming step of contacting the anchor compound on one surface of the substrate to form a density adjusting layer, and a stimulus responding layer forming step of forming a stimulus responding layer by setting on the density adjusting layer a stimulus responding layer composition layer comprising a stimulus responding monomer and a photopolymerization initiator and performing photoirradiation to polymerize the stimulus responding monomer to have a predetermined polymerization degree by using the reactive functional group as the polymerization starting point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
