<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor for a solar cell interconnector, of which the 0.2% yield strength is low and thereby suppressing warpage of a cell, which is superior in fatigue characteristics, and which prevents troubles, such as fracture, even if the repeated stress acts, and to provide an interconnector for the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The conductor for the solar cell interconnector is used as the interconnector for the solar cell that connects cells one another in a solar cell module. The conductor is made of copper or copper alloy, and the 0.2% yield strength is 100 MPa or less. In addition, a special grain boundary rate (Lσ/L), which is a rate of a special grain boundary length Lσto the whole crystal grain boundary length L measured by the EBSD method, is 55% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
