The structure has a rod (1) whose one end is provided with an end portion (2) for connection to a push and pull force source. The rod serves as a hollow recess in the region of lateral surface and into which a mounting plate is inserted. A sleeve (4) of the end portion pushed in rod is connected to a permanent connection between the mounting plate and the sleeve and form locking with the end portion. The end portion and/or mounting plate are made of steel. The rod is made of plastic or glass fiber reinforced plastic. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing electrically insulating force transmission structure.
