The device (1) has a cover part (4) for covering a pipe entry (2). A transit (5) supplies water to the pipe entry and an attachment element (6) for fastening of the cover part at an outlet element (3). The attachment element is movably supported at the cover part. The attachment element is movable from the cover part to the outlet element in a releasing direction and from the cover part to the outlet element in a locking position with respect to the cover device. Bottom (31) of the cover part is oriented to the pipe entry. An independent claim is also included for an assembly of an outlet element and a cover device.
