<p>The method involves guiding, particularly pumping the non-enriched drinking water by a piping system (20) along a carbon dioxide-enrichment device (34) up to a discharge valve (18) for the enriched drinking water. The discharge valve (14,16) is arranged in the piping system upstream the carbon dioxide-enrichment device.
