The present invention relates to a genetic marker, kit, microarray which predict a yield grade of Korean native cattle, and to a method for predicting a yield grade of Korean native cattle using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for predicting a yield grade of Korean native cattle by measuring expression amounts of vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM1), matrix metallopeptidase 15 (MMP15), integrin, beta 1 (ITGB1), and a tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) gene which are subcutaneous fat-specific and has a correlation with a yield grade of Korean native cattle. According to the present invention, a yield grade of Korean native cattle can be predicted and determined at an early stage by using the genetic marker, kit, microarray for predicting a yield grade of Korean native cattle, and the method for predicting a yield grade of Korean native cattle using the same. In addition, it is possible to control the fat content of an entity of Korean native cattle which is generated through use of the genetic marker for detecting expression amounts of genes which are specific to subcutaneous fat of Korean native cattle. |
