摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a functional composite film using a heat diffusion material and an electromagnetic wave shielding material and an electromagnetic wave absorbing material using copper foils and, more specifically, a functional composite film made by using a heat conductive adhesive layer without using an existing double sided adhesive, and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the manufacturing method is allowed to improve function of radiating heat; and is integrated into a single process by using a hot press process, thereby reducing thickness of the functional composite film while making the process simple. In the present invention, the functional composite film including the heat conductive adhesive layer includes an electromagnetic shielding material, a heat conductive adhesive layer located on the upper part of the electromagnetic shielding material, an electromagnetic absorbing layer located on the upper part of the heat conductive adhesive layer and a heat radiating layer located on the upper part of the electromagnetic absorbing layer wherein the composite film includes the heat conductive adhesive layer and also a heat conductive adhesive layer between the electromagnetic absorbing layer and the heat radiating layer.</p>
