According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tail stock transfer system transfers a tail stock for pressing a workpiece toward a rotary shaft of the workpiece and includes: a ball screw shaft joined to the tail stock; a first support part having a first bearing to support one end of the ball screw shaft; a second support part having a second ball bearing to support the other end of the ball screw shaft; a transfer motor joined to the first support part to provide a driving force for rotating the ball screw shaft; and a propulsion force generation device to provide a propulsion force toward the workpiece to the tail stock by pressing the ball screw shaft in the axial direction of the ball screw shaft.
