<p>The twin rail slide system is a support for a slide 2 mounted within a fixed body 1 which may be moved in a vertical or horizontal plane. The slide is the only moving part which comes into contact with two support rails 3 retained within the body. The system may be used for mounting a drilling machine, a hole cutting machine or a milling machine in a workshop or used portable for site work. The two support rails may be made of round stainless steel. The slide may be moved by a rack and pinion, 4 and 6.</p> |
