<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a gasket for a fuel cell, improving the mounting workability and accuracy of a mounted position without using an adhesive when mounting the gasket to a mounting member. <P>SOLUTION: The structure for mounting the gasket for the fuel cell 11 to the gasket mounting member has a fitting structure 31 for concavo-convex fitting and mounts the gasket to the mounting member using this fitting structure without adhering. The gasket is a unit mold product of rubber-like elastic body with a protrusion on the gasket and a corresponding recess on the mounting member.
