<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of a gap from the beginning between a concavely curved surface formed in a cleaner head and a sheet for covering the same, thus making it less likely for tongue coating to accumulate therebetween. <P>SOLUTION: A head 1 is provided with a first sheet on a face of the head 1 formed with a concavely curved surface 11. The sheet is fixed to a lateral side 1A of the head 1, thereby enabling the sheet opposed to the concavely curved surface 11 to be slidable thereon. After arranging a sheet material 5B on the concavely curved surface 11 with the head 1 being in a single-piece state as a component of the tongue cleaner, the sheet material 5B is pressed against the concavely curved surface 11 by means of a lower mold 14 and an upper mold 15 to be formed into a curved surface so as to allow the sheet to be attached in close contact with the concavely curved surface 11. Accordingly, no gap is formed between the sheet material 5B and the concavely curved surface 11. Consequently, tongue coating becomes less likely to accumulate between the sheet material 5B and the concavely curved surface 11, permitting a good sanitary condition to be kept. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
