<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an article search device, an article search system, an article search method and an article search program which can easily search a specific article by moving around a relatively small range such as the inside of a room. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a response signal from a search target article by wireless, signal level detection means 13 detects its signal level, and display change propriety determination means 15 determines whether it is appropriate to display the original signal level on gradual display means 14.
