<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate which does not receive any reflection from an electrode and prevents a display image from being deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: An active matrix substrate includes: an electrode (source/drain electrode layer corresponding to A of Fig. 14) having an antireflection layer 130 formed on the side opposite to the substrate 110 side; an antireflection film removing electrode (source/drain electrode layer corresponding to B of Fig. 14) which does not have an antireflection film formed on the side opposite to the substrate 110 side; and a semiconductor layer 150 formed so as to come into contact with a lyophilic region R provided on the substrate 110 and the antireflection film removing electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
