<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measurement tool capable of accurately measuring three-dimensional coordinates of a hole of an object to be measured, and a three-dimensional measurement method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a three-dimensional measurement tool 1 holding a reflector R used to obtain three-dimensional coordinates of a hole Wh of a work W by a laser measuring machine L, the three-dimensional measurement tool including a coupling part 2 detachably mounted onto a spindle shaft 12 of a vertical NC milling machine 10, and a target holding mechanism 3 capable of putting the reflector R relatively closer to the hole Wh of the work W through the operation of the vertical NC milling machine 10, and pressing the reflector R against the hole Wh when the reflector R comes into contact with an edge of the hole Wh of the work W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
