<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for determining the coke oven operation schedule, which can make a schedule considering off-series ovens. <P>SOLUTION: The method for determining the coke oven operation schedule is characterized by dividing ovens for carbonizing coal to produce coke and arranged for each prescribed number arranged oven group into n groups each having the ovens in the n-pitch oven number, recording n-oven order data defined so that oven numbers sequentially added to all the groups of the ovens are sequentially arranged at an n-pitch in the n-groups in a recording portion, estimating an extrusion schedule time in an extrusion time-estimating portion on the basis of each recorded oven carbonation operation achievement time, classifying and recording whether the oven is a series oven capable of continuous extrusion or an off-series oven incapable of continuous extrusion on the estimated extrusion schedule time in an oven-classifying portion, incorporating the off-series ovens of an identical oven group on the basis of the classified series ovens in a schedule-determining portion to determine the order of extrusion, and determining the extrusion schedule time with the mobile machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
