A storage device according to the present invention includes an error correction circuit which generates a cyclic redundancy check parity corresponding data and generates an error correction code (ECC) parity corresponding to the data using an error correction code in a writing operation and corrects the error of the data using the ECC parity and the CRC parity in a reading operation of the data stored in at least one nonvolatile memory device.
